Welcome to Mentor Learner. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted for purchases made through our application and website.

By purchasing a subscription or making a payment through Mentor Learner, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

This Policy applies exclusively to subscription payments, profile listings, or promotional fees paid directly to Mentor Learner.

Mentor Learner offers premium plans, match-assisting features, and enhanced profile visibility. Details, validity, and limits of these services will be clearly described on the platform prior to checkout.

Features, packages, and subscription limits are subject to adjustments and upgrades over time, with prior notice where feasible.

To purchase premium services, users must provide accurate, valid billing details. All pricing is shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Applicable taxes, if any, will be computed and shown before payment authorization. Failed or disputed transactions may restrict premium features immediately until corrected.

Users can cancel their active subscriptions at any time through their account settings page or by contacting our customer support desk.

Cancellation prevents subsequent auto-renewals but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for the currently active billing period unless required by applicable consumer law.

Refunds are not automatically granted. We may consider refund claims under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payments caused by system glitches or processing delays.
• Verified billing errors where you were charged an amount exceeding your package rate.
• Unauthorized card usage, subject to financial verification and investigation.
• Severe technical glitches on our side that permanently prevented activation of the subscription.

All refund determinations are subject to final approval at Mentor Learner's sole discretion, except where mandated by local statutes.

Refunds will not be issued in scenarios including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind after subscribing or profile listing publication.
• Partial use of subscription duration or features.
• Dissatisfaction with matches, tutor qualities, or response rate from learners.
• Internet connectivity issues, hardware incompatibility, or user device errors.
• Failure to utilize or access the platform after purchasing a plan.

If you observe a duplicate charge or incorrect invoice total on your account statement, notify support immediately with your payment references.

Upon verifying the error, we will process a correction or refund the redundant amount back to your original source of payment.

Subscriptions may renew automatically depending on the payment gateway and permission settings you selected.

It is the user's responsibility to cancel recurring plans before the next scheduled billing date. Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed unless required by law.

If a transaction fails, is reversed, or faces a chargeback dispute, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend your account access while investigating.

Users remain responsible for completing outstanding balances. Fraudulent chargeback claims may lead to permanent platform bans.

Unless explicitly stated, Mentor Learner serves solely as a connecting directory. We do not handle, store, verify, or process tuition payments made directly between teachers and students.

Mentor Learner reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy. Any changes will be posted directly to this page and updated with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the platform after updates are published signifies your acceptance of the revised policy.
